JhatpatOrder is an order management application for food stall owners, hotel vendors, and street food businesses. Developed by Webtricks Software Pvt. Ltd. (operating as Techin Software), it allows vendors to receive, manage, and track customer orders in real time via a mobile app and web interface. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Vendor (App User) Data
Includes your mobile phone number (used for account registration and login via PIN, without OTP), business name and area (displayed to customers placing orders), UPI ID and Razorpay API credentials (stored securely on our servers to process payments), and FCM device token (used to send push notifications for new orders and status updates).
Customer Data
Collected when placing an order, including your name and phone number (for order identification and vendor contact), delivery address (only for delivery-type orders), order details (items ordered and total amount), and payment status (whether order was paid via UPI/Razorpay or cash).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
Providing Services
To connect customers with vendor stalls, process orders, and display order history and revenue analytics to vendors.
Notifications
To send real-time push notifications to vendors when new orders arrive and status updates occur.
Payment Processing
To process payments securely via Razorpay (a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway).
Data Security and Storage
All data is stored on secured servers hosted in India. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Razorpay API credentials are stored encrypted and never transmitted to client devices. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties except with trusted service providers who assist us in delivering our services:
* Razorpay: For payment processing (governed by Razorpay's privacy policy).
* Firebase (Google): For push notification delivery (FCM tokens only).

JhatpatOrder is intended for business use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
